Nexus Venture Partners Sells More Delhivery Shares Worth ₹208 Cr
Nexus Venture Partners sold 43.24 lakh Delhivery shares for ₹208 Cr via a block deal, its third stake sale in the June quarter.
Nexus Venture Partners sold 43.24 lakh Delhivery shares held under its Nexus Ventures III Ltd entity at ₹481 apiece, raising ₹208 Cr via a block deal on June 23. The price was 1% above Delhivery's closing price of ₹476.5 on the BSE that day.
The transaction is Nexus's third stake sale in the logistics company within the June quarter. The VC firm previously sold Delhivery shares worth ₹530 Cr on April 8 and another 40 lakh shares worth ₹186 Cr on April 15. Buyers in those earlier deals included Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, Edelweiss Mutual Fund, Nippon India Mutual Fund, and Viridian Asia Opportunities Fund.
Nexus has been reducing its position in Delhivery since the company's 2022 public listing. A regulatory filing following the April 8 transaction showed the combined stake of Nexus Ventures III and Nexus Opportunity Fund had fallen to 3.55%; the current holding will only be confirmed when Delhivery publishes its June quarter shareholding pattern.
The sales come as Delhivery's financials improve. In FY26, the company reported a net profit of ₹321 Cr, up 8% year-on-year, while revenue from services rose 17% to ₹10,486 Cr. Founded in 2011, Delhivery operates across express parcel delivery, freight, warehousing, and supply chain services.
